Formula Drift: Seibon Carbon Driver Forsberg Podiums at RD3

It turns out that Miami wasn’t the only one bringing some serious heat to Round 3 of Formula Drift. Chris Forsberg and the Seibon Carbon Nissan 370z had an incredibly performance that resulted in another podium finish!

Round 3 is one of those events that can only be described as: strenuous. This round not only delivers on intense battles, but there’s also the heat factor. Forsberg and other Seibon Carbon drivers dealt with 85+ degree weather that was almost unbearable because of the humidity. However, that didn’t stop Forsberg from taking 2nd place at the podium.

On his way to the podium Forsberg battled Tony Angelo (Top 32), Ryan Tuerck (Top 16), Robbie Nishida (Top 8), Matt Field (Top 4), and Vaughn Gittin Jr. for 1st.

After his third podium finish in as many rounds, Chris maintains his position of 1st place in the championship with a total of 263 points—a difference of 10 points from Gittin Jr. who sits in 2nd place.
